Further elevates the campus experience, beginning with the central courtyard between 20 & 40 Arena, which will be transformed with new landscaping and inviting outdoor seating. This hospitality-driven approach extends indoors to fully renovated lobbies anchored by a vibrant coffee bar to energize the workday. The upgrades continue with a state-of-the-art wellness center, a full-service café and game room, and sophisticated tenant lounges.
